Roseus is a unique rosé made from the blend of the main grape of the island of Limnos, the floral Muscat of Alexandria and native to the volcanic soil of the island, the spicy Limnio.

The Roseus of Garalis grows on sulfurous volcanic limestone soils. The grapes macerate for one day, then fermented and aged in stainless steel. The wine is bottled after light paper filtration and minimal sulfites. 

This rosé smells floral and fruity, giving the impression of a sweet wine. But when you taste it, you realize that it is a fresh dry wine with a surprising bitter and salty aftertaste.

Enjoy 'Roseus' with our homemade seasonal chutney, some delicious Greek cheese (dependant on seasonality and availability) and carob breaksticks.
