This dry white Kidonitsa wine from Monemvasia Winery is vinified from the ancient and rare Kidonitsa grape. Kidonitsa gives wines with a yellow-green color of medium intensity and aromas of ripe quince. In the mouth it is round, soft and fresh. A wonderfully balanced wine with a crisp and long finish.
Especially for this wine we have created a jam with quince, lime and apple. It is very aromatic, not too sweet and a little sour. To complete the combination, we have chosen a delicious aged Graviera cheese with wild thyme from the mountains of Crete.
Together with our thin black olive crackers we believe that we have created a very elegant and refined combination.
